Advertising Policy 

At Asian Mums Network, our mission is to reach as many readers as possible through articles that inform, educate and empower us with knowledge.  We are a social enterprise and our goals are to give women a voice by providing news information and campaigns that are relevant to their lives.

The advertising policy has been established by Asian Mums Network to govern any advertising on its website.  Asian Mums Network holds the right to manage any form of advertisements on its website in  a manner that fits with its values and beliefs. We govern how advertisements are displayed and removed on its pages and will abide by any written agreements between Asian Mums Network and the client unless the terms of the agreement are violated by the client.

All forms of advertising, advertisements and sponsorships, Mums Network will receive compensation, including banners, badges, and contextual advertising, sponsored content and promotions.

1. Asian Mums Network has the right to use its discretion to determine the appropriate nature of advertising displayed on the Asian Mums Network website. Asian Mums Network’s acceptance of any advertisement should not be considered an endorsement of the product or service advertised or for the company that manufactures, distributes, or promotes such product or service.
2. Asian Mums Network will not accept advertising that, in Asian Mums Network’s opinion, is not factually accurate or is misleading to the public. Advertising under no circumstances should contain false or misleading claims, or offensive material, including material that misrepresents, ridicules, attacks or discriminates any individual or group on the basis of age, colour, national or ethnic origin, ethnicity, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability and must abide by our equality policy.
3. Asian Mums Network does not advertise any business or product related to: alcohol, firearms, ammunition, fireworks, gambling, pornography, tobacco or any other product or business it deems in violation of its values and equality statement.
4. Advertising that promotes products that are illegal or violates the law, our values, makes unfounded health claims or advocates a political, religious or controversial public position will not be accepted on the website.
5. Asian Mums Network maintains a clear separation between its sponsored advertising and editorial content. Asian Mums Network is not responsible for the content on the advertiser’s site. By clicking on an ad to an external advertiser’s site Asian Mums Network releases itself of any responsibility as we are not accountable for reader’s consumer behaviour and preferences.
6. Asian Mums Network may run special advertorial sections of its website, consisting of content from its advertisers. We are not responsible for that content but will seek to ensure that the content is not misleading, unethical in nature and consistent with our values. Content that is created, provided or influenced by an advertiser on any Asian Mums Network site will be clearly identified as “Post or blog provided by” the advertiser.
7. Asian Mums Network reserves the right to terminate any advertising on its website in the case of any violation or the above. Asian Mums Network will offer the advertiser a refund based on the time remaining if a violation occurs.
8. We reserve to right to change our pricing policy.
