Read-Aloud Bedtime Stories For Ages 5 – 7

The bedtime story is usually the best part of bedtime, both for the child and the parent. In addition to all of the known educational benefits of children being read aloud to, it is also a good time for parent and child to relax and spend some quiet time bonding together. As children reach school age it can be increasingly hard to find books that will keep their interest at bedtime. They have outgrown the books geared toward babies and toddlers but are still young enough that they enjoy something that will spark their imagination.
