Antioxidant Blueberry, Mango and Banana Smoothie

This is one that will pack a punch of vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants, all the while being sweet and tasty!  The blueberries are slightly tango, the mango is 26153128_lflavourful and the bananas are sweet.  It’s the perfect match!

Ingredients:

2 medium bananas

1 cup of blueberries, frozen

1/3 cup of frozen mango pulp (generally found in small, ethnic stores in the freezer section, or swap for one whole fresh mango)6291934_l

2 teaspoons of raw, shelled hemp seeds

½ cup chocol45065090_late almond or soy milk (or any flavour you wish to add)

Method:

Chop the bananas and put in the blender.  Add the frozen blueberries and the mango.  Add the milk alternative.  Blend until smooth.  Top with the hemp seeds.  Enjoy!
